This summer, something new is taking root. Hiddr Hopetal is not a retreat center, and it’s definitely not a resort. It’s a quieter kind of hospitality—shaped by seasons, by song, and by the slow kind of gathering that leaves room to return.
We’re beginning with a series of summer dinners, amongst the fireflies, with a table set in the hills.
It’s the soft launch of Hiddr Meats x Hiddr Hopetal, and you’re invited.
A few group weekends are opening as well—what we’re calling reunion stays. Bring your people, cook together, linger. Each one shaped by who’s coming.
