Hiddr Hopetal
Not a retreat. A return.
One nourishing evening featuring Chef Maayan Ora. One long table in the hills.

Who we are
Where meals begin in garden, field, and forest— nestled in a Blue Ridge cove.
We host groups who come to cook, gather, and reconnect. You’re invited to come too.
You’ve tasted what we raise. Now we’re inviting you to stay a little longer.
This summer, something new is taking root. Hiddr Hopetal is not a retreat center, and it’s definitely not a resort. It’s a quieter kind of hospitality—shaped by seasons, by song, and by the slow kind of gathering that leaves room to return.
We’re beginning with a series of summer dinners, Outdoors, over flame, with a table set in the hills. It’s the soft launch of Hiddr Meats x Hiddr Hopetal, and you’re invited.
A few group weekends are opening as well—what we’re calling reunion stays. Bring your people, cook together, linger. Each one shaped by who’s coming.
And if you’d rather stop by, pick up dinner, and head home— you’ll find ways to shop what we grow here: meat, harvest, eggs, apothecary, and more.
How You Stay
Three ways to come, each shaped by what you need.
